Eastern Channel BREXIT Update

Dear freight customer, 

The United Kingdom leaves the European Union at 23:00 on Friday 31st January 2020 and enters a Transition Period, during which time the UK continues to apply European law as any other member state.

During the Transition Period there will NOT be any additional requirements for freight customers, there will be NO CHANGE to their crossing, or to the paperwork required at this time when shipping across the Channel.

The process will continue, exactly as it does today, throughout the Transition Period, which will last at least until 31 December 2020.

As the UK and the EU continue to negotiate their future trading arrangements,we will continue to update you in preparation for any changes that are planned for 2021.
